Step 1: Set up the App

Sign in with your Patient ID/ Username and Password 

Step 2: Selecting your Exercise

Select the exercise you are going to perform and a 20-60 second countdown will begin for you to prepare yourself for the exercise. Make sure to place the smartphone in a secure spot.

Step 3: Perform the Exercise

Perform the selected exercise in the allotted time (15-30 seconds) 

1. Sit to Stand

2. Stand to Sit

3. 360 degree Left turn

4. 360 degree Right turn

5. 10 meter walk
